This Beginner Series is a great place to begin your yoga practice or revisit fundamentals of posture, breath and focus. During this 3-part series you will learn details of alignment, how to connect breath with postures and movement, and general guidelines to keep you safe and confident while you practice. These workshop-style classes will move at a slower pace with plenty of opportunities for questions and personal attention.
