Child-centered classes explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery, and relaxation techniques while also conveying lessons about self-care, kindness, respect and more. Themed classes incorporate games, storytelling, music and art to engage the energy and enthusiasm of your child. Yoga play encourages and develops: coordination, emotional calm, physical strength, awareness, flexibility, and self-confidence.

Family Yoga (Suggested Ages 2 to 6) : Second Sundays @ 10:00 – 10:45 Come to twist and play with your little yogi! Whether you are looking for a fun way to bond with your child, to tap into your toddler’s imagination, or to give your child tools for finding focus and confidence, this class is a great way to bring yoga into your family’s life.

Toddler Yoga Series (Suggested Ages 2 to 4) : Registration is limited to 8 toddlers. Get your little one started on their yoga journey! Physical play joins creativity in this class attended by toddlers and their parent or caregiver. Through animal poses, songs & music, stories and games we will slither and fly into new yoga worlds together.

Looking for a fun way to connect with your toddler this winter? Toddler yoga is a wonderful way for kids and adults to connect with each other, give and receive support, build communication skills and most importantly HAVE FUN together!
Each session is limited to 8 children (plus their caregivers).
A session pass is 100 CHF and includes four 45-minute classes.
The pass is good only for the session for which it was purchased*.
PLEASE NOTE: Toddler Yoga Series classes require a minimum of 4 registered participants, by 5 days before the start date. If you are considering joining please register early.
DROP-IN TRIAL CLASS: If you would like to try out a Toddler Yoga Class before you commit to a series please contact Emily about attending a drop-in class. Drop-in classes are 30 CHF.
* MISSED CLASS POLICY: One missed class, due to sickness or travel plans, can be rescheduled to another session. Please talk to Emily directly about rescheduling your missed class.
Please note that Family and Toddler Yoga classes are not included in B.Yoga Membership packages. Members, however, will receive a discounted price.
